The National Sugar Institute (NSI) is an Indian government institute located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in 1936 with the aim of promoting research, development, and education in the sugar industry. NSI is recognized as a premier institution globally for its contributions to the sugar sector. The primary objective of NSI is to undertake research and development activities related to sugarcane cultivation, sugar processing, co-generation of power, ethanol production, and other aspects of the sugar industry. It has recently released notification about vacancy for post of store keeper . NSI Recruitment 2024 – Salary Details
According to the notification pdf the salary will be
- Level 4 , Cell-1 , Rs 25,500-81,100/- ( asper 7th CPC).
NSI Recruitment 2024 – Educational Qualification and Eligibility
- (i)12th class pass from a recognized board or University ,
- (ii) two years of experience in handling stores and keeping accounts in a store or concern of Central Government or State Government .
- (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre or department. OR
- (i) With eight years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in post in level-2 , (Rs 19,900-63,200/-) in the Pay Matrix
Age limit-
Not exceeding 56 years.
NSI Recruitment 2024 – Application Process and fee

(ii) Photocopies of ACR/APARs for the last five (5) years duly attested on each1
